Our Love Story
It started with a camera, a crown, and a quiet crush.
Back in 2017, we first crossed paths at a pageant. That night, Kaye was on stage competing — and winning the crown — while Carl was behind the camera, capturing the moment. Little did Kaye know that while Carl was taking photos of the newly crowned queen, he was also quietly capturing a little crush of his own.
Despite that moment, it would take another year before we actually spoke. Carl was simply too shy to make the first move.
Then fate stepped in — at 3:00 in the morning.
In 2018, fate (and a little liquid courage) decided it was time. Carl's cousin made a spontaneous 3:00 AM drunk call that unexpectedly connected the two of us. What started as a random late-night conversation slowly turned into something more meaningful.
We began talking more, getting to know each other, and discovering how much we enjoyed each other's company. What started as a funny and unexpected beginning grew into a relationship filled with laughter, friendship, and love.
And as they say — the rest is history.
Years later, destiny seemed to come full circle. As Kaye prepares to pass on the crown she once won, our paths meet again at the very place where our story first began.
Now we are excited to begin our next chapter together and celebrate this special day with all of you.
